Dumbledore's Army

Dumbledore's Army was set up in Book 5 the Order Of The Phonix. It was Hermonie's idea to learn Defense Against The Dark Arts (D.A.D.A) from Harry because thier teacher proffesor Umbridge was only teaching them theory. Hermoine decided that they would meet in the Hog's Head pub during a weekend Hogsmeade trip.

The people that showed up were... Neville Longbottom, Dean Thomas, Lavender Brown, Parvati Patil , Padma Patil , Cho Chang ,Marietta Edgecombe, Luna Lovegood, Katie Bell, Alicia Spinnet, Angelina Johnson, Colin Creevey, Dennis Creevey, Ernie Macmillian, Justin FinchFlenchley, Hannah Abbott, Anthony Goldstein, Micheal Corner, Terry Boot, Ginny Weasly, Fred Weasly, Geroge Weasly, and Lee Jordan. All these member desided to take lessons from Harry and they all signed a parchement. Through out the year they learned spells and jinxs. Marietta Edgecombe told about the group who named their selves Dumbledore's army (because that was what Fudge feared the most) and her face became ingraved with pimples that read sneak. The members were caught but got off the hook because Dumbeldore took the blame. Thourghout the meeting they kept in touch using gallons that told them when a meetin was to take place.

Horace Slughorn

Horace Slughorn's first Harry Potter book was the 6th one (1/2 blood prince). Horace was an old potions teacher that taught when Dumbledore taught. Harry helped convince Slughorn to come back and teach at Hogwart. Slughorn liked Lily Potter alot he said she was one of his favorite students, even though teachers are not soppose to have favorites.

Horace is a short man with a big belly, shiny bald head, and prominet eyes. Wears very nice old fashion clothes that always look as tho about to breack at the waist.

Slughorn likes students that he thinks will make it to high places. He likes to be behind many great minds but never wants to take the front seat. He perfers the back seat "More room to streach out". He is very good at picking brilliant people. He starts a club called the 'Slug Club' with people who are well connected are very talented.

Proffessor Slughorn likes Crysilized Pinapples.

Slughorn was the peroson who told Voldermort what Horcuxes were. Harry had to take this memory from him to find out how to stop Voldermort.

The Hogwarts Express

The Hogwarts Express is a train that takes students to Hogsmeade station. The Hogwarts Express leaves King Cross Staiton every year on September 1 at 11:00am. The only adults on the train are the driver, the trolly lady, and sometimes new teachers ride the train. In the past the only teacher who have been on the train were Professor Lupin and Professor Slughorn.

The number on the train in the films have been 5972. This number is never mentioned in any of the books but is a question on Harry Potter Scene it.

The Sorting Hat

The Sorting Hat is a old, patched, and extremly dirty. The hat once belonged to Godric Gryffindor. The hat was bewitched and put brains in it by the four founders of Hogwarts. They founders made the hat so it could think because they knew they would not always be there to chose who went in what houses. Every year at the start of term feast they bring the hat out and put it on a three legged stool. The hat then opens at the brim and sings a (song which is diffrent every year) telling about the founders or as we read in the 5th book warning them to unit or they will fall from within. Each new student tries on the hat and after it reads the students mind it yells out what house they should be in.

The Knight Bus

This is article is about the Knight Bus.

The Knight Bus is a triple-decker, violently purple bus which has The Knight Bus written over its windshield in gold letters. The Knight Bus provides emergency transport for the stranded witch or wizard. All you have to do to get on the Knight Bus is stick out your wand hand and they will take you anywhere you want to go as long as it's on land. The conductor of the Knight Bus is a boy about the age of 18 named Stan Shunpike. Stan has large ears and quite a few pimples. The driver is an elderly man named Ernie Prang and he wears very thick glasses. At night time the armchairs turn into beds so that people can sleep on the bus. When Harry took the bus the fair from his house to London was elven sickles. Two extra sickles gets you a hot choclate and for two more sickles you get a hot water bottle and a toothbrush.

Regulas Black (R.A.B)???

Ok many people think that Regulas Black is the mysterious R.A.B. But is he there are many things that suggest he is not.

1st..Lupin said that Regulas only lasted a few days after leaving the death eaters. Ok it took Dumbledore a long time to track down all that information about the horcurxes. Then it took the time to find out where it was plus finding out how to get into it.

2nd..I belive that if a death eater did betray Lord Voldermort and steal the horcruxes or at least one of them then he had to be close we'll as close as anyone can get to Voldermort. And lupin also said that he probally wasn't killed by Voldermort because he wasn't as important.

History on Regulas Black:

Regulus was the younger brother of Sirius Black. Unlike his brother, Regulus was favored by his parents because he shared their pureblood prejudices; soon after leaving Hogwarts, he joined the Death Eater and got in a little to deep.

Subject Of The Day H.P as Heir to Gryffindor???

Today's Question is.....

What do you think of Harry Potter as Heir to Godric Gryffindor??

Godric Gryffindor as we all know is one of the four founders to Hogwarts. He belived that anyone with Magical ability should be able to join Hogwarts. The sorting hat which now sorts students into thier houses belonged to Gryffindor. Gryffindor lived in moor.

Now the evidence uncoved about the possiblity of Harry as an heir to Gryffindor is that he lived with him mother and father on Godric's Hollow. Godric Gryffindor Godric's hollow mabey J.K.R was trying to say something there.

More evidence is that when Harry got his wand it shot out Red and Gold sparks Red and Gold being the colors of Gryffindor.

Also in book two Harry pulled the sword out of the sorting hat and Dumbledore said "Only a true Gryffindor could have pulled that out" mabey he meant it as telling Harry he was an heir.

The gems on the sword were red mabey rubies which is july's birthstone. Harry's Birthday in July.

Harry was born July 31st his zodiac sign being leo the lion. Lion is the mascott of Gryffindor.

Hey and welcome to my site this site is completly devoted to the Harry Potter book series. This web page is not funded by J.K.R. This is an inderpentend web page/blog.

This First entery is just to explain Harry Potter Before Hogwarts.

Harry James Potter:

Eye Color: Green (just like mother's)

Harry Potter is clamied to look just like his dad he even has the same messy hair as he's dad, but he's eyes are his mother's eyes bright green.

Harry Potter's life befor Hogwarts was odd. He was raised by his Uncle Vernon & Aunt Petuina. They have a son named Dudley who they love. They never loved Harry and even mistreated Harry. They forced Harry to live in the old cupboard under the stairs. Harry belived that his mother and father had died in a car crash when he was little. Harry even saw flashes of green light when he sleeps. Harry always made strange things happen such as getting on top of the buliding when hidding from from Dudley's gang and making his hair grow back overnight after aunt petuina saved it all off accept for his bangs. Harry started recieving letters addressed to him but uncle Vernon keep taking them and burning them so that Hary would not find out he is a wizard. The letter's keep coming amd more of them are comming so Vernon packs up his family and goes to an island in the middle of the sea. During the first hour of the morning (Harry's Birthday) A gaint of a man named Ruebus Hagrid (Keeper of key's and grounds at Hogwart) comes and tells him that he is a wizard and he is invited to come to a school for Witch Craft And Wizardy. Hagrid also tells him about how his mother and father were killed by the darkest wizard Lord Voldermort and that he tried to kill him but couldn't kille him. He was left with a scar in the shape of a Lighting Bolt.
